Thriving schools are led by highly skilled and competent leaders. TILCCS has served as a thought partner and mentor to over 30 principals and assistant principals over the past six years. Sometimes leaders need additional assistance to be successful fulfilling requirements of an Employee Improvement Plan or additional support prior to the need of an EIP. Strategic Planning Support

School Improvement requires thorough data analysis and clear and sustainable goals.

TILCCS will support schools and school systems analyze data to determine strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Upon examining school data, together we can support school leaders in working with teams and staff members to establish sustainable (SMART) goals and actions geared toward supporting improved school cultures and academic achievement. Sometimes teachers and leaders have the data but just aren’t quite sure what to do with it. TILCCS can assist in disaggregating and analyzing data to create specific and sustainable actions for improvement. Upon implementation of plans, TILCCS can provide follow-up and feedback to ensure sustainability and teacher/ leader follow through.

Conflict Resolution Strategies

We work with leaders to iron out conflict and create operational norms through personal accountability to move forward.

Teachers and Leaders must be able to have honest conversations with multiple stakeholders in order to establish and maintain a trusted and progressive school culture.

Leaders must be able to deliver appropriate feedback to educators for growth and communicate appropriately with parents, especially when delivering unfavorable news. Parents deserve teachers that will communicate with them honestly and appropriately when it comes to matters concerning their children.
