About TILCCS
Taylor Instructional Leadership Coaching and Consulting Services provides a wide-range of services designed to increase teacher and leader efficacy, and improve school cultures. The most popular consultation and coaching sessions include, but are not limited to, turnaround school support, systems to support school improvement, leadership mindset development, instructional leadership, clinical supervision, discipline analysis and strategies, special education roles and responsibilities, and professional learning and coaching experiences for principals and district leaders.
TILCCS will work with you to customize a package that suits the needs of your organization. We offer a wide range of support from working with small groups of grade-level teachers and leaders to presenting at district-wide/ organizational professional learning sessions, on-going leadership coaching, or school- based, interim leadership support. Our expertise is heavily embedded in analyzing and maximizing the capacity of teams; we are highly proficient in identifying and supporting constructs geared toward improving teaching and learning through increasing effective leadership practices in the K-12 school setting.

Over the past several years, I have had the pleasure of witnessing Dr. Taylor’s leadership empower administrators and staff to completely transform their school cultures.
Through her leadership, educators felt valued and were empowered with instructional strategies, behavioral restorative approaches, and professional coaching. Administrators became more effective, by utilizing strategies that enhanced support for both educators and students.
I have seen her on multiple occasions take a school culture that was unstructured, chaotic, and at times unsafe, and completely transform it into an positive learning environment in which high academic standards are at the forefront because addressing unwanted behaviors is no longer the primary need.

She implemented common language and practices amongst ALL school staff. This consistency of structure, procedures, and a PBIS cultivated a positive school culture in which high academic standards shifted to our focus because managing student behaviors was in our rearview mirror.
